Three Phase Item Testing

 

As per Australian standard requirements, Aintree can provide all of your essential three phase testing at required intervals relevant to your working environment.

 

The integrity of electrical appliance assets is determined by subjecting each asset to testing as required by the standard. Using the latest equipment (Portable Appliance Tester), Aintree carries out the following testing procedures, including:

 

• Physical inspection

• Insulation Tests

• Earth circuit Test

• Functionality Test

• Polarity wire Test

• Continuity Test

• Run / Leakage Test

• Visual Inspections Include As per (AS 3760)

• Check for obvious external damage

• Check defects-accessories, plugs or socket outlets

• Check defects on plugs

• Check supply leads

• No exposed inner leads, external sheath not cut
  abraded or damaged

• Check leads are not tangled or exposed for tripping
